Private gym in your office
Interior designThe Personal line, which is designed for studies and offices, was designed by Antonio Citterio, who characterises the style as inspired by the desire to feel both authentic and to make the equipment resemble a work of art. The artist’s previous creations were for such companies as Hansgrohe, Vitra, Flos, Kartell, Ansorg, Flexform and B&B Italia. The line includes designer exercise equipment for the majority of workplaces, including the Recline Personal horizontal bicycle, which thanks to its small dimensions is also suitable for small rooms. It is made of polished aluminium, while its display screen is made of tempered glass. The bicycle is integrated with the Visionweb multimedia system, which can combine training and entertainment, e.g. watching the TV, listening to the radio, etc.
In addition to this, the Run Personal treadmill, apart from possessing features similar to the bicycle from the Personal line, can also perform a fitness test on the user, making it possible to determine your training capacity. The Cross Personal, which is constructed out of recyclable materials including microchemical polished shields and hand-smoothened steel trims, is a Nordic walking simulator. More space is needed for the wooden and metal Kinesis Personal, which features FullGravity technology. This device which offers the full range in terms of training – either individually or in a group.
“A large Polish company has recently commissioned a wellness facility for its employees, which will be fully furnished by ITP, the official representative of the Technogym brand in Poland,” Dominik Śliwowski, wicepresident of ITP and general director of Technogym Polska, told us. “Board members and top managers are buying exercise equipment both for the home and for their offices. They exercise during their breaks, in the morning before going to the office, or when they return home,” he added.
