CZECH REPUBLIC JLL´s Prague office has been instructed to represent furniture producer Vitra in its search for new representative premises.

Vitra Koncept is considering relocating from its current premises in the Corso Ila building, where it currently occupies 1,100 sqm. Its current lease agreement expires in 2018, but to find suitable offices at a prestigious address, the company has decided to start searching well in advance.

“The managing director of the Czech branch of Vitra Koncept, Jiří Zavadil, has asked us to look for new company premises. He is searching for a solution which will represent an improvement to an already very high standard. Moreover, the company is planning an expansion and so the premises should allow for a potential extension in future,” says Eduard Forejt, the business development director at JLL.
