POLAND General contractor Artservis has completed the refurbishment of lobbies C and D in Warsaw’s Myhive Park Postępu office complex owned by Austrian investor Immofinanz due to the rebranding of the complex at the end of 2016.
“The challenge that we faced was the fact that we were working on a building that was open. The lobby is the showpiece of a building, the nerve centre. So we tried to minimise any disturbance caused by the work for the building’s tenants, its manager and its owner,” explains Andrzej Lipiński, the vice-president of the board at Artservis. The work took from the second half of October until the end of December 2016 and included the renovation of the toilets, replacement of the entrance gates, modernisation of the electrical and lighting installations, reconstruction of the staircases, refurnishing the reception area, as well as installing new wall claddings and lighting panels. The project supervisor was DIL Polska Baumanagement. Myhive Park Postępu is at ul. Postępu 21 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. It is a complex comprising four office buildings with a leasable area of 34,000 sqm. A typical floor measures from 1,200 sqm to 1,500 sqm. Artservis has been operating on the interior design market since 1987. Its projects include the office space in the Alexanderhaus office building in Wrocław as well as the modernisation of the offices of Procter & Gamble and Oracle in Warsaw.
