IDS-Bud to build Otwock seniors’ home
POLAND Origin Polska has selected IDS-Bud as the general contractor of its home for senior citizens in Otwock-Soplicowo, on Warsaw’s outskirts.

The Origin MemoryCare home in Otwock will be designed for sufferers of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. It is scheduled to open in mid-2018. The total area of the building will come to 8,200 sqm. The home will offer 131 beds. The area of the plot where the project is to be developed amounts to 1.17 ha, app. 5,000 sqm of which will be a private park, which is now being designed. The architectural concept has been prepared through the cooperation of Krzysztof Jacuński and Gdynia design studio Arco, while the detailed design has been developed by Wrocław studio Modulor-Architekci.
