POLAND French multinational IT consulting corporation Capgemini has leased more than 13,000 sqm in Wrocław’s Business Garden, developed by Vastint Poland.
“We are pleased that such a large and prestigious tenant has trusted us once again. Capgemini is among the tenants of Business Garden in Poznań and has now decided to lease office space in Wrocław. Signing a new lease agreement with our existing tenant is also undeniable proof that the business park concept developed by Vastint meets the requirements and expectations of tenants,” commented Roger Andersson, the managing director of Vastint Poland. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant during the transaction.
Capgemini has been present in Poland since 1996, delivering services through its four teams: business services, cloud infrastructure services, application services and its software solutions centre. Its latest investment follows the growth of the software solutions centre, which supports the automotive, banking, insurance and transport conglomerate.
Business Garden Wrocław is a modern complex with 110,000 sqm of office and service space. It comprises nine buildings, a restaurant and a garden. Three buildings in the first phase of the investment have received ‘LEED ‘Platinum’ certification.
