Nokia Skypark now open
Nokia Skypark is BREEAM certified with a rating of 'Very Good'
HUNGARY Futureal Group and Nokia have opened the Nokia Skypark office building in Budapest.

The 25,000 sqm gla building was developed in an investment of over EUR 70 mln and is entirely occupied by Nokia. The design is by Zoboki-Demeter and Associates Architects and the building features a two-storey lobby as well as restaurants, cafes and even a kindergarten on the ground floor. The project has been BREEAM certified with a rating of ‘Very Good’. “Since the start of the financial crisis, Skypark has been one of the most significant rental transactions in the Hungarian office market. Corvin Promenade’s magnificent building has merged the highest level of architectural and IT knowledge, which also contributes to the already existing scientific research work at Corvin Quarter,”said Gábor Futó, founder of Futureal Group. Futureal Group sold its Skypark office building to the OTP Prime Property Investment Fund In April. OTP Real Estate Investment Fund Management Ltd. launched the OTP PRIME Property Investment Fund.
