60s block makes way for Warsaw skyscraper
PHN Tower will be 150m in height
POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has started demolition work at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in central Warsaw.

The 150m PHN Tower office tower with direct access to the metro system is to be built on the site of the former building, which was constructed in the 1960s. The work is being carried out by the Tree consortium. According to the schedule, the demolition work should be completed by the end of the year. The gross leasable area of the building will amount to app. 40,000 sqm. PHN is currently applying for the building permit. The new building should be completed in 2021.
