Hella comes to Catalina
Catalina Office Center is a modern A-class office building with a total area in excess of 14,000 sqm
POLAND automotive industry supplier Hella Polska will open a 560 sqm office in the Catalina Office Center in Warsaw.

Knight Frank acted on behalf of Catalina Investment, the property owner while JLL advised the tenant in the negotiations. The company will move into the Catalina Office Center in June this year. ‘Hella Polska has been searching for a modern and efficient office location in the vicinity of the city’s main traffic routes. The deal was negotiated smoothly and quickly. We are convinced that the new headquarters will help the company to grow further in Poland,’ said Adam Bechciński, a consultant in JLL. Catalina Office Center is a modern A-class office building with a total area in excess of 14,000 sqm at the junction of ul. Pulawska and ul. Rzymowskiego.
