Millennium to stay
Bank Millenium's lease renewal is the largest so far this year
POLAND Bank Millennium has extended its lease of more than 18,900 sqm in Millennium Park on ul. Stanisława Żaryna in Warsaw owned by Commerz Real.

Cushman & Wakefield advised the tenant, while he landlord was represented by Savills. It is the largest Polish office lease transaction to be closed so far this year. Roland Holschuh, a member of the Board of Managing Directors of Commerz Real, said: “Lease agreements on this scale and with this very long term are very rare in Warsaw.” Paulina Misiak, Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “The decision of Bank Millennium to stay in Millenium Park was made on the basis of the tenant’s main priorities, which include the workplace comfort of its staff in an optimal location with an appropriate headquarters for the bank in a high quality building. We are delighted that we could once again participate in the choice of a headquarters for Bank Millennium.”
