Emily Frey is the latest automotive firm to lease space in the complex
SLOVAKIA Swiss automotive import services company Emil Frey has leased 12,000 sqm of warehouse space in P3 Bratislava Park in Lozorno, about 25 km north of the capital city.
The firm, which supplies such car manufacturers as Peugeot, Citroën and DS, will use the building to store app. 30,000 spare parts for distribution throughout Europe.

“Our success in the demanding automotive sector demonstrates that our buildings meet the highest standards”, says Peter Bahnik, the head of leasing for Slovakia for the developer and manager of the complex, PointPark Properties (P3).

The deal was negotiated by Modesta Real Estate. “We had a tight deadline as many of the supply contracts were already in place,” reveals Peter Miščík, a partner at Modesta Real Estate in Slovakia and the leasing agent responsible for the deal.

P3 Bratislava Park is situated off the D2 motorway and comprises more than 212,000 sqm. Other tenants include Schnellecke, Whirlpool, MX Logistika, Donaldson, HBPO, Faurecia and PTG.
