NTT Data in Unirii View
The building will be delivered in just over a year
ROMANIA Software services provider NTT Data Romania has leased 4,000 sqm in the Unirii View office project, an 18-storey tower with a height of 73m currently under construction in central Bucharest.

The transaction was mediated by the real estate consultant Griffes. The project, which is being developed by Belgian investor Yves Weerts in an investment of around EUR 33 mln on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard, will have a total gla of 18,000 sqm and is to be delivered in the summer of 2018.

”We are already reaching a level of almost 25 pct of the area being preleased, with over one year before delivery. This shows solid interest in Unirii View but also that companies are looking to operate in a modern building, where tenants can develop their business and enlarge their teams and the ultra-central location of the project will ensure the perfect work – life balance for those who will work here”, said Yves Weerts.

The project is the first in Romania to apply for BREEAM certification under the 2016 standards and is looking to attain a rating of ‘Excellent’. General contractor Bog’Art, is currently completing the three level underground car park section and is soon to start work on the ground floor of the building.
