Just pick your favourite tune
POLAND Mood has introduced a new digital marketing tool – Social Mix, which lets customers vote for the music played in stores using a smartphone or tablet.

Customers will be able choose the songs they would like to hear while shopping in any given location. Each store can draw up a separate playlist of twenty tunes with the most popular melodies being voted to the top. The system does not require a separate app or login, but instead customers need only visit a store’s website. Each customer can vote for one tune per hour. “Each time a customer uses the Social Mix function, they will be added to a mobile map, which will allow them to find locations more easily using the service,” says Aleksandra Potrykus-Wincza, country manager for Poland and the Baltics at Mood.
