Vivo! Krosno fills up
Retail & leisureThe shopping centre has just signed leases with a group of additional eleven new tenants: Diverse, Medicine, Ryłko, Sizeer, Quiosque, Vistula, Wólczanka and Świat Książki as well as food and beverages brands Olimp, Like Thai and Kebab. Quiosque, Medicine and Ryłko are making their debuts in the town. Diverse will occupy 220 sqm, Polish clothing brand Medicine will take up 200 sqm and Ryłko app. 100 sqm. The 130 sqm Sizeer store will offer sports clothing, footwear and accessories. Quiosque will open an app. 100 sqm store in the centre. The range of fashion brands in Vivo! Krosno has also been extended with two popular Polish brands: Vistula and Wólczanka. A 300 sqm Świat Książki bookshop will also be opening in the centre. Three additional outlets are to appear in the food court: Olimp (with a self-service weighing system for meals), Like Thai and Kebab.
“We are currently working with our tenants on the preparation of their future units and are finalising our plans for the opening day,” reveals Magdalena Kowalewska, the Poland operations country manager at Immofinanz.
Other brands that have already signed leases include: H&M, Media Markt, Helios, Cropp, House, Reserved, Sinsay, Frac, Pepco, Smyk, Jysk, Cosmedica, Apart, Deichmann, CCC, Grycan, Home&You, Martes Sport, Rossmann, Fenix, Maxi Moda, Travelplanet, Big Star, 4F, Evenement, Telepizza, Hebe, Q&Q, KiK, Inmedio, Trendy, Tuptuś, Zibi, Sezam, Cross Jeans, Key Expert, Play, Santos, Yes, T-Mobile, Douglas, Keks, Vobis, Alle Beauty, Luppo Puppo (a play area), Orange, Vision Express, Kubenz and Swiss.
The developer of the centre is Immofinanz in cooperation with partner Acteeum Group (with respective stakes of 85 pct and 15 pct).
