Murapol turns to Ursus

18 August 2017

POLAND The Murapol group has signed a preliminary contract to purchase a 4.4 ha plot on ul. Henryka Brodatego in Warsaw’s Ursus district.

The company is planning to build over 500 apartments. The transaction is worth nearly PLN 45.8 mln net. The developer is planning a three-stage project on the purchased land, which will entail the construction of 569 residential units with a combined useable area of 31,400 sqm in 15 buildings. The project will also include 650 parking spaces. As well as on ul. Henryka Brodatego, Murapol has six other projects in Warsaw with a total of 3,200 apartments and a useable area of over 136,000 sqm. “Warsaw is one of the key locations on our investment map. We want to join the ranks of the largest players here, which is why our development strategy is to construct a minimum of ten projects a year on this market. We’re going to hit this target since we’re currently building two projects and seven more are in preparation,” says Michal Sapota, the CEO of Murapol.
