MoneyGram in West Station II

06 September 2017

POLAND MoneyGram, a global innovative financial transfer services provider, will open its second office in Warsaw in the West Station II building. The company will lease 1,300 sqm in the office property recently developed by HB Reavis. Knight Frank represented MoneyGram in the negotiations.

“It’s the second deal between MoneyGram and HB Reavis completed with our support. From the very beginning, we knew the key factor in choosing the location would be the top-class property standard and the good connections with the rest of the city. West Station fulfils both requirements by offering a fast link to the existing MoneyGram office as well as to central Warsaw. We are pleased to once again have had the opportunity to support MoneyGram Payment Systems Poland in choosing an optimal office location,” said Karolina Wilczak-Łuczyńska, an associate director, in the tenant representation department of Knight Frank. West Station is a class A office complex comprising of two buildings with a total space of ca. 70,000 sqm.
