The design concept for a site on ul. Łucka
POLAND Skanska has announced an architectural competition for the design of a complex that according to the local zoning plan may include towers of up to 105m in height.

Ten architectural studios have been invited to prepare the design concept for a site at ul. Łucka 7/9 in Warsaw’s Wola district, which already has a building permit for two towers with a height of 102m and a useable area of around 55,000 sqm. Skanska purchased the plot (including the permit) for PLN 96 mln last year. The local zoning plan allows for the construction of two towers with residential and service space. Skanska has informed ‘Eurobuild CEE’ that it is considering all its possible options.
