Wave of popularity for Adgar offices
A total of 3,400 sqm of office leases have been renegotiated in Adgar's buildings
POLAND Four tenants have extended their leases in the Adgar Plaza A and B as well as the Adgar Wave buildings in Warsaw’s Służewiec district.
The renegotiated agreements involve a total area of almost 3,400 sqm. Gilead Sciences Poland has prolonged its lease in Adgar Plaza A by two years, Futurestep and Coral Travel Wezyr Holidays will stay in Adgar Plaza B for the following five years, and Deutsche Bank has extended its contract by two years in the Adgar Wave building.

“The importance we attach to the quality of our buildings can be seen by the fact that we have installed modern and eco-friendly systems and we are one of few players on the market that offers advanced IT infrastructure – our data centre – to our clients in each of our buildings,” claims Eyal Litwin, the managing director of Adgar Poland.
