Robyg starts work on Życzliwa Praga
The completion of the first stage is scheduled for Q1 2019.
POLAND Robyg has announced the launch of construction work on the Życzliwa Praga estate at ul. Modlińska 119 in Warsaw and has opened its eighth sales office in Warsaw in the Galeria Północna mall.

The completion of the first stage is scheduled for Q1 2019. A total of 93 apartments are planned with areas ranging from 29 sqm to 76 sqm and prices that start at PLN 5,799 per sqm. The new sales office was opened specifically to market apartments in the city’s Tarchomin district. “The group is making every effort to meet its clients’ requirements, which is why it is continually extending its sales to new estates. Building new projects in the most attractive locations in the capital is part of our strategy to reach our goal of selling 3,300 apartments by the end of 2017. Meanwhile the growing number of our sales offices is of great benefit to our clients – due to which they will have easier access to Robyg’s wide portfolio,” says Joanna Chojecka, the sales director at Robyg.
