H&M to spend PLN 280 mln on distribution centre
H&M already has distribution centres in Poland
POLAND H&M is to invest PLN 280 mln in a logistics centre in the Krzywa subzone of the Legnica Special Economic Zone.

The opening is planned for the end of 2018 or early 2019. This will be the company’s third distribution centre in Poland and will employ at least 1,000 people. "This is a very important project for the region. We hope that hundreds of people will find jobs as a result of such a large investment, which should practically eliminate unemployment in the Chojnów administrative district,” says Witold Lech Idczak, the president of the board of the Legnica Special Economic Zone. The building is designed to meet the requirements of LEED ‘Silver’ certification. The investment results from the collaboration of the Legnica Special Economic Zone, the Ministry of Development and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.
