Domaniewska Office Hub was opened in 2015 and is owned by PHN
POLAND Nokia has leased more than 6,000 sqm of office space in the Domaniewska Office Hub building in Warsaw.
The new tenant is to move in later this month. Domaniewska Office Hub, which opened in 2015, is owned by PHN and has a total office and service area of 27,000 sqm in two inter-connected buildings, A and B. They have two separate entrances and a reception area. More than 430 spaces in a two-level underground car park are available to tenants in and around the building, which is located at ul. Hiszpańskich 8 in the city’s Służewiec district. The anchor tenant is Poczta Polska [the Polish Post], which occupies 18,000 sqm.
