Estimated investment costs come to PLN 200,000
POLAND A Dom Development subsidiary has won the auction to buy a former police barracks at ul. Księcia Witolda 28 in Wrocław.

The developer has agreed to pay PLN 26 mln for the 4,000 sqm riverside plot. Thirteen developers took part in the auction, for which the starting price began at PLN 8.5 mln. Dom development submitted a plan with its bid to construct a residential complex with a public promenade along the river. Estimated investment costs come to PLN 200,000. Dom Development has been active on the Wrocław market since 2011. Currently it is constructing the Aura estate and will start work on the Park Wschodni project, both of which are located in the city’s Krzyki district.
