Jysk gets bigger in P3 Piotrków
The 37,000 sqm BTS should be ready in February 2018
POLAND P3 is to be build a BTS warehouse for the Jysk household goods and furnishings chain in the P3 Piotrków logistics centre.

The new hall will have an area of 37,000 sqm. The company currently leases 10,500 sqm in the complex, which it occupied this year. Due to the tenant’s current needs, the developer has provided it with a temporary area (10,000 sqm) for the construction period of the BTS facility. After the completion of the BTS hall, which has been scheduled for February 2018, Jysk will occupy almost 50,000 sqm in the park.

“Due to our dynamic growth in Central Europe, Jysk now has an increased need for warehouse space. Along with the new facility in the P3 park, Jysk will be using 250,000 sqm of warehousing in central Poland,” commented Bartek Tulejko, the CEE logistics director of Jysk.

P3 Piotrków currently comprises a warehouse area of 90,100 sqm together with an additional site where another 400,000 sqm could be developed.
