ESA expands in Prologis parks

Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

ESA expands in Prologis parks
The park comprises two fully leased logistics buildings totalling 97,800 sqm

CZECH REPUBLIC Logistics company ESA Group has leased 10,740 sqm at Prologis Park Prague-Úžice, north of Prague.

As the result of the deal the 97,800 sqm building 2 of the complex is now fully leased. ESA Group is also one of the tenants of Prologis Park Prague D1 East, southeast of Prague. “It is always satisfying when current customers choose to expand their operations with Prologis,” commented Martin Balaz, director of leasing and development, Prologis Czech Republic. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction.

“In 2017 ESA logistika increased its warehouse capacity by app. 30 pct to 137,000 sqm. With Prologis as our business partner, we have been able to execute our expansion plans in Prologis Park Prague-Úžice in a timely fashion and with minimum of fuss. We consider this as a follow-up and extension of mutually beneficial cooperation which started already in 2010,” said Roman Pekrt, CEO at ESA logistika.

The park comprises two fully leased logistics buildings totalling 97,800 sqm and can be expanded by another 71,000 sqm.
