Zielony Sołacz sold - now for Tarasy
Apartamenty Zielony Sołacz has been designed by Art Space
POLAND Monday Development, part of the Unidevelopment group, has now sold all the units in the Apartamenty Zielony Sołacz project in Poznań and is soon to start the construction of another residential project nearby.
According to Monday Development, it took 16 months from the digging of the first hole to the sale of the last of the 61 apartments.

“The building directly borders Wodziczki Park, which residents can access through a separate entrance. The modern architecture of the building with large glass surfaces and the high standard of the project itself were the main factors in the rapid sale of the apartments,” claims Piotr Kasprowicz, the vice-president of Monday Development.

The Art Space studio is responsible for the design of the two-storey building, while the general contractor for the project was Unibep.

Soon, the developer is to start the construction of the Zielony Sołacz Tarasy estate on a neighbouring site. This will be a complex of three buildings with a total of 74 apartments of between 25 sqm and 114 sqm, almost half of which have already been reserved. It will feature cascading terraces on the top floor, designed by Lisiak Studio, which will face south onto the park.
