POLAND Homepark Janki has renewed a lease with a retailer Komfort and signed up a new tenant Komfort Łazienki. The transactions, brokered by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, totalled nearly 1,400 sqm. Homepark Janki is owned by Pradera.
Founded in Szczecin in 1992, Komfort now has more than 130 stores across Poland. It sells carpets, floor coverings, laminate flooring and wooden panels, flooring accessories and floor care products. Komfort Łazienki sells bathroom fittings and furnishings.
HOMEPARK Janki, a retail park with furniture and homeware stores, is located in Janki near Warsaw. Its anchor tenants include RTV Euro AGD, Piotr i Paweł, Jula, Empik, Komfort, Living Room, Vox Meble, Belbazaar, Gravitan and Rossman. The park is property managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
