C&W designs for Dolby
Dolby Poland’s new home includes plant walls and twelve labs separated by soundproofed walls
POLAND Dolby has relocated its office in Poland to the Business Garden complex in Wroclaw, with a lease of nearly 3,500 sqm. in space. The office design and project management work was by Cushman & Wakefield.

Dolby Poland’s new home includes green walls constructed entirely of ceiling to floor plant installations and twelve onsite labs separated by soundproofed walls to eliminate noise pollution.

“The new Dolby office is designed to the latest trends. The design itself was based on a careful analysis of the workplace including interviews with the employees, who had the chance to make their own suggestions about how they imagined working in the new space. We hope that the comfortable and functional conditions will result in many innovative ideas,” says Marcin Golly, an associate in the project and development services team at Cushman & Wakefield.

The Business Garden complex at ul. Legnick a 48 is a 117,000 sqm campus that consists of nine office buildings with a restaurant pavilion and a surrounding garden. Each individual office building has an intelligent integrated BMS and HVAC system.
