BULGARIA Advanced Architecture Apartments (A3) designed by Starh Stanislavov Architects has been constructed on the slopes of the Vitosha Mountain on the outskirts of Sofia.
The 100m-long building has 158 apartments and is divided into five blocks, each with its own separate entrance. The first two sections – A and B – have two apartments on each floor, while entrances V, G and D have three apartments per floor. Every living room faces east-southeast with views of Vitosha Mountain and the city. The ground floor is reserved for retail space with stores of 50-100 sqm. The development has underground parking on two levels. The façade is made of glass (both transparent and shaded) and Fibre C glass fibre concrete. The investor behind the development is Sofbuildand the general contractor was Argogroup Exact. The building has a useableareaof 31,218 sqm.
