Ronson buys in Warsaw

Eurobuild CEE 05 March 2018
POLAND Ronson plans to build around 1,600 apartments on ul. Gierdziejewskiego in Warsaw’s Ursus district.

The developer has signed conditional purchase agreements worth PLN 81.75 mln net for the land on which the estate is to be built. “Our purchase of the Ursus plots will significantly increase our land bank in Warsaw. This is the first project we are going to develop in this district, which is changing and developing rapidly, and it will perfectly complement our other Warsaw projects in Wola, Mokotów and Białołęka. The real estate we’ve acquired is covered by a local zoning plan, which allows for the construction of a residential estate with a total of around 1,600 apartments. We intend to launch the first stage of the project this year,” said Rami Geris, the financial director of the Ronson. The contract us conditional on the city of Warsaw not exercising its right of first purchase to the properties.
