CREAM to manage Rondo Wiatraczna
The shopping centre opened on February 28th
POLAND CREAM has been chosen as the manager of the Rondo Wiatraczna shopping centre in Warsaw, which opened its doors for the first time on February 28th.
“CREAM is fully involved in this project. We have been selecting the right team of specialists to manage the centre,” commented Bartłomiej Bujnowski, the marketing director of CREAM.

Rondo Wiatraczna comprises a two-storey, 11,000 sqm shopping gallery, 470 flats (a combined area of app. 23,000 sqm), around 1,500 sqm of office space as well as an underground car park with more than 160 spaces. The complex has been built on the site of the former Universam Grochów shopping precinct, on the Wiatraczna roundabout at the junction of ul. Grochowska, al. Stanów Zjednoczonych and al. Waszyngtona in Praga-Południe district. Dantex is the investor behind the project.
