Polish company in the finals of Ideas from Europe
Seedia benches can be found in Warsaw, Kraków, Zielona Góra, Tarnobrzeg, Gostynin, or the Popielów
POLAND/ESTONIA/EUROPE Seedia, a producer of intelligent solar benches, is the first Polish finalist in the Ideas from Europe international competition, which takes place in the capital of Estonia.

Poland was represented by Artur Racicki, co-founder of Seedia in Tallinn. The final is to take place this year. The Ministry of Development provided the Polish start-up with its support. Ideas from Europe is a competition which involves the evaluation of ideas of start-ups representing 28 European countries. Renewable energy, which is the domain of the Seedia brand, is one of the three designated paths of the competition's value (next to personalized diagnostics and personalized medicine). By decision of the jurors, Seedia entered the top finals alongside companies representing eight other countries (Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Finland).

“It is particularly important for us as a company with a mission, because this competition takes into account non-business criteria, ideas and solutions that serve the public and contribute to the implementation of global challenges,” says Artur Racicki, co-founder of Seedia. The final stage of the Ideas from Europe competition will be the grand finale, which will take place on the 28th of April 28 in The Hague.

The Polish start-up offers intelligent, ecological benches powered by solar energy. The brand's mission is to create modern and innovative urban furniture for smart cities that are powered by renewable energy sources. Seedia offers four product lines for benches: City, Urban, Future and Invention. Seedia benches can be found in Warsaw, Kraków, Zielona Góra, Tarnobrzeg, Gostynin, or the Popielów administrative district. Ideas from Europe is an independent foundation whose goal is to jointly develop innovative solutions (new market projects) for global challenges. It is not only about the business context, but about the added value (e.g. for the environment) as well as the cooperation of various participants in the social life: entrepreneurs, investors, entrepreneurs, scientists, citizens and governments towards a common goal.
