Cromwell sells Polish shopping centres
Janki is one of the centres to be sold
POLAND Cromwell Property Group is selling its Polish retail real estate portfolio.

The portfolio to be sold is valued at around EUR 500 mln and according to Karol Pilniewicz, the head of the CEE at Cromwell Property Group , includes the shopping centres : Janki, Ursynów (Warsaw), Tulipan (Łódź), Korona (Wrocław), Kometa (Toruń), Rondo (Bydgoszcz) and Ster (Szczecin). He also added that the sales are being organised by CBRE and Eastdil. Recently the company also sold the Warsaw Corporate Center office building in the centre of Warsaw for EUR 27.8 mln and a hypermarket in King Cross Praga in Warsaw(in Q2 2017).
