Neinver improves Kraków complex
The food court is divided into three zones
POLAND A food court has been opened and the interiors have been renovated in the Factory outlet centre and Futura retail park in Kraków, which together form a shopping complex managed by Neinver.

The food court is located on Futura’s first floor and can be accessed by a new series of escalators connecting it with the outlet centre. The zone has three sections: one for families with children (with sofas, chairs for children and a play areas), an area for meetings and working (with high tables, bar chairs and armchairs), and a third section for customers who prefer quick service and short breaks in their shopping. Tenants of the food court include KFC, Olimp, Thai Express, Trattoria Due Tavoli and Berlin Döner Kebap. The renovation work took less than a year. It involved replacing the flooring, painting the walls and rebuilding the toilets and rooms for parents with children. New interior lighting has also been installed.

“We have also created green relaxation zones with charging points for electronic equipment. It also features new outdoor furniture. And there is a new entrance to the building,” explains Paulina Dudzik, Neinver’s director of the Kraków centres. In addition to all this, a number of the tenants have renovated their premises. “Some outlets and regular retail park stores have opted for new interior designs,” adds Paulina Dudzik.

New tenants have also opened in the Factory centre over the last few months, including Guess, Apart, Trussardi, Salomon and Alpine Pro.

“We are re-opening one of the most popular outlet and retail parks in Poland in a completely new form. The centres managed by Neinver in Europe have been setting the highest market standards for years, both in terms of the quality of the range of goods and customers’ shopping experience. This is the key to maintaining a stable upward trend in terms of the sales volume and footfall,” says Bożena Gierszewska-Mroziewicz, the country head for Neinver.
