Macmillan expands in Jerozolimskie Business Park

POLAND Language course book publisher Macmillan Polska has expanded its lease to 1,200 sqm in the Jerozolimskie Business Park office complex in Warsaw and from May will occupy over two floors of building A.

As recently as March 2017 Macmillan had previously renewed its original 700 sqm lease in the complex. “It is an honour to be working with Macmillan Polska for a third time. We are pleased that the company continues to thrive and that we were able to advise on its further expansion. Since the owner of Jerozolimskie Business Park is continuing to invest in retrofitting the building, the tenant has decided to stay in the same location for the next few years,” says Justyna Szymczak, an advisor at Cresa Polska, who represented the tenant.

The park on Al. Jerozolimskie has a combined area of 17,000 sqm and is owned by Apollo-Rida Poland.
