The Jaśminowy Mokotów estate in Warsaw should be completed in Q2
POLAND Skanska has received confirmation that the design stage of its Jaśminowy Mokotów estate in Warsaw meets BREEAM Interim standards.

The certification process was carried out by Go4Energy.

“As part of the certification, we assess several dozen parameters of the project, including the comfort of the residents, the thermal insulation and the quality of the construction materials used,” explains Piotr Mokrzański, a BREEAM assessor and the senior project manager at Go4Energy.

The completion of the project has been scheduled for Q2 2018. As well as Jaśminowy Mokotów, Skanska is currently developing three other residential projects in Warsaw – Holm House, the second stage of the Mickiewicza estate and Park Skandynawia. The company intends to certify all of them under the BREEAM system. The first stage of the Mickiewicza estate, which was completed in 2016, is the only project in Poland to have been issued with a BREEAM certificate with ‘Final’ status (the executive stage), valid for an indefinite period of time.
