ECM stays on top of Rondo 1
The 66,000 sqm complex was completed in 2006
POLAND Engineering consultancy ECM Group Polska has renewed its lease for 450 sqm of office space on the 36th floor of the Rondo 1 office tower in Warsaw’s Central Business District. This is the top office floor in the 40-storey buidling, as floors 37-40 are taken up by technical installations. The tenant was represented by Cresa Poland.
“We chose to renew our lease at Rondo 1, because with the benefit of the location, the reputation and the quality of this office building we can fully pursue our strategic business objectives and strengthen our relations with our partners and clients. Other important factors behind the decision included the comfortable working environment and the access to additional services,” said Katarzyna Lodzińska, the CEO and management board member of ECM Group Polska.

ECM Group Polska S.A. has been present on the Polish market since 2002. It specialises in project and construction supervision and management and is active in a number of sectors including general engineering (commercial, industrial, sports and public utility buildings), roads, airport and rail infrastructure, environmental engineering and water and sewage management. The company is currently involved in constructing the Silesian Museum in Katowice as well as restoring and refurbishing the Palace on the Isle in Warsaw’s Royal Łazienki Museum.
Rondo 1 comprises two buildings: a 40-storey tower (Building B) on al. Jana Pawła II and a ten-floor building (Building A) on ul. Świętokrzyska in Warsaw. The 66,000 sqm complex was completed in 2006. Rondo 1 is LEED certified and owned by Deutche Asset Management.
