Adept opening in Radzyń
The retail park has an area of 3,300 sqm
POLAND Polish developer Adept Investment has opened a retail park in Radzyń Podlaski. The 3,300 sqm complex is located on ul. Kazimierza Prejznera, near the junction of ul. Lubelska and ul. Wisznicka (the inner ring road) and adjacent to an existing Tesco supermarket.
The tenants include KiK and Pepco, a CCC footwear store, Martes Sport, a Media Expert electronic goods store, a Hebe drugstore and a clothing discount store. Galeria Radzyń, together with Tesco and a planned home-and- garden store, make it the largest shopping complex in the town. The buildings will share a car park and access roads. The retail park now has 100 parking spaces but this will increase to almost 350 spaces in later development phases.

The project is being carried out by special purpose vehicle Galeria Radzyń, which has been established by Adept Investment.
