Focus comes to Poznań

Eurobuild CEE 19 June 2018
Focus comes to Poznań
The opening is planned for September this year
POLAND Focus Hotels has completed the construction of its first hotel in Poznań on ul. Serafitek.

The chain’s tenth Polish hotel has 92 rooms and three stars as well as conference facilities, a restaurant, a bar, a sauna, a gym and an underground car park. The opening is planned for September this year. The interior design is by Studio Architektury Wnętrz Pulva. “We are pleased that another investor has given us their trust and values how we work in partnership. The Wielkopolska market has long been one of our prime targets, which is why we can’t wait for the opening of the hotel,” says Łukasz Płoszyński, the vice president of the Focus Hotels Management Board. Just as in all the hotels of the brand, the guests will receive free takeaway sandwiches and complementary coffee, while children under the age of 18 sleeping in the rooms of their parents or guardians will stay for free. The gym and sauna are also open to guests free of charge. The chain currently has nine hotels (including four under the Focus Premium brand) in Gdańsk, Łódź, Szczecin, Bydgoszcz, Chorzów, Inowrocław and Sopot. Additionally the chain has hotels under construction in Lublin, Poznań and Warsaw. The chain is owned by Immobile .
