JHM joins Zakopane aparthotel boom
Apartamenty Zakopiańskie will be situated app. 800m from the town's train station
POLAND JHM Development has started the pre-sales for Apartamenty Zakopiańskie.

The aparthotel with 241 units will be one of the largest projects of its type in Zakopane. The building will feature a spa zone, a gym, a ski room, a reception and a children’s playroom. The developer will also provide the operator service.

“Zakopane has been one of the most popular resorts in Poland for many years. Thus rental prices are high and holiday apartments sell well. This, combined with the strong demand for these types of products, led us to choose Zakopane as the location of our new project,” explains Regina Biskupska, the CEO of JHM Development.

The project will be located at ul. Szymony 17E, 800m from the town’s railway station. All the units are to be turnkey finished, with the building itself to be completed in 2020.
