Buma takes over Octava portfolio
Renaissance Tower in Warsaw's Wola district was refurbished in 2013
POLAND Buma Service of Buma Group has announced the acquisition of the management of a portfolio of Warsaw real estate assets from the Octava FIZAN fund.
The properties involved in the deal are: Renaissance Tower (18,000 sqm gla), Marynarska Tower (22,000 sqm gla), FDS Plaza and Light House and Viking House (with a combined ​​12,000 sqm gla) as well as Centrum Handlowe Krakowska 61, which includes a shopping centre (57,800 sqm gla), the Metro office building (21,500 sqm) and a car park for app. 1,800 vehicles. All the properties are owned by Octava Property Trust.
“We combine long-term experience with good knowledge of the comprehensive service of commercial and residential real estate, technical management, asset management, lease management, project management and distribution system operations,” stresses Maciej Kamiński, a deputy CEO of Buma Service.
The company currently manages almost 350,000 sqm gla, the vast majority of which is located in Kraków – including Quattro Business Park, which comprises the Five building with ​​almost 60,000 sqm, and the 41,000 sqm Dot Office complex. The company also has other properties on Warsaw market.
