Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Cordia to build 1,300 flats in Ferencváros
Millennium Quarter is planned as a multistage project in Budapest’s central Ferencváros district

HUNGARY Futureal Group’s residential subsidiary Cordia is plannning to build the Millennium Quarter estate in Budapest’s central Ferencváros district.

This will be a mulitistage project with 1,300 apartments located on several sites near the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA) and the 9th district police station. The construction of the first building is scheduled to start this year. “We’re proud to have been the engine of the creation of the multiple award-winner Corvin Promenade project and the regeneration of Corvin Quarter. A similar project is waiting for us now in the Millennium Quarter, although on a smaller scale,” commented Tibor Földi, the CEO of Cordia.
