First Aroma topped off
A total of 78 apartments are being built in the first stage of the revitalisation of the brewery
POLAND The first building of the Aroma Park residential estate, which is being developed by Finnish real estate and construction group Yit in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, has been topped off.

This, the company’s flagship project in Poland, involves the revitalisation of the historical Henryk Bienenthal yeast brewery. Aroma Park will be located over a plot of almost 3 ha at ul. Klasyków 10. The first stage involves the construction of a building with four above-ground floors, which will comprise 78 apartments, a service unit and 95 parking spaces.

General contractor Unibep began the construction work in January 2018 and is scheduled to complete it in Q3 2019. The first residential building will contain studios and two-, three- and four-room apartments. Almost 50 pct of the apartments available have already been bought. Yit has also refurbished the first of four original buildings – the porter’s house.

“Everything is going to on schedule and we have just started the second stage of the project,” reveals Joanna Lewandowska, the technical director of Yit in Poland.
