CFI plans 2,000 rooms

POLAND CFI Holding is planning to develop hotel projects with a total of 2,000 rooms.

The company's portfolio already includes 14 hotels e.g. in Łódź, Wrocław and Warsaw. “We are focusing on developing our hotel and catering services, where we are seeing growth. We are convinced that this will translate into stable profits for our shareholders. We have land plots in Poland’s largest cities for use in projects from these segments,” says Joanna Feder-Kawczyńska, the CEO of CFI Holding. In September this year the company introduced its pilot No To Sushi restaurant at al. Piłsudskiego 10 in Łódź. It is also considering launching four more restaurants under this brand in the same city along with a mobile delivery service. For H1 this year, the group has recorded revenues of PLN 69.3 mln, 3 pct down y-o-y. Meanwhile its net profit came to PLN 36.6 mln, which is comparable to the previous year.
