New Work goes Retro
POLAND Hungarian serviced offices operator New Work has leased 2,160 sqm in the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw, which is currently under construction.
The tenant plans to set up 180 workstations along with conference facilities. This is New Work’s third location in the Polish capital, following openings in Wilanów Office Park and Mazowiecka 2. New Work currently operates in 14 locations – including Budapest, Kyiv and Prague, with a combined area of 28,000 sqm.

“With this transaction we are expanding our working space in Warsaw to around 8,000 sqm. Our goal is to increase it to 12,000 sqm by the end of the year. This will enable our clients to use our extensive service network, which we will be providing in more than five locations in Warsaw in the near future,” reveals Hubert Abt, the CEO at Property Systems Group, the owner of New Work.

The latest lease was done through an intermediary – Biuro Na Miarę. The Wola Retro complex will consist of two new high-rise office buildings with 9 and 14 floors, which will rise above a modernised 1930s building. Wola Retro, which is being developed by LC Corp, will comprise more than 24,000 sqm gla.
