Tender for 150m tower
The PLN 480 mln project is expected to start next spring
POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has launched a tender for the selection of a general contractor for a 150m skyscraper development at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in central Warsaw.
A complex of office, hotel, service and retail buildings with underground parking is to be built on the plot. It will also have an underground connection with the Rondo ONZ metro station. The deadline for bids is November 14th this year. The project will comprise app. 38,000 sqm of office space in two buildings: an 11,000 sqm office building and a 40-storey, app. 27,000 sqm tower. Investment costs for the project will come to around PLN 480 mln. Constrcution work is epxected to start next spring. Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury is responsible for the architectural design of the project.
