A new view of Varso
Varso Tower should be completed by the end of 2020
POLAND Slovakian developer HB Reavis has unveiled its latest visualisations of the Varso Place development on ul. Chmielna in central Warsaw.
The tallest building of the office and mixed-use complex will have a height of more than 230m (310m including the spire). The visualisations reveal the structure of the complex from new perspectives. Close-ups are also provided of the terrace and basement of the skyscrapers that are now under construction.
“The construction of the skeleton of the 31,200 sqm Varso 1 building has already reached ten floors, while the second floor has been reached of the 44,800 sqm Varso 2 and the highest, the 68,500 sqm Varso Tower will reach ground level in a few weeks,” announced the developer.
According to HB Reavis, the construction of the lower buildings should be completed by the end of 2019 and for the Varso Tower by the end of 2020. The skyscraper has been designed by Foster + Partners, while Warsaw studio HRA Architekci is responsible for the design of the other two buildings. The three buildings will together comprise 144,500 sqm.
