POLAND Polnord has officially announced that it signed a letter of intent with Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) in November for the latter to acquire two buildings in Wilanów Office Park in Warsaw's Wilanów district.

The properties in question are the Betheone and Befree buildings (originally B1 and B3). The complex, which is located at ul. Branickiego 15 and 17, comprises 17,600 sqm gla, which is almost entirely occupied.

“The sale of the office buildings will enable the company to significantly reduce its debt and it would also release funds to finance further investment,” commented Marcin Mosz, a board member of Polnord.
