Hikoki stays in Ursus
The tenant was represented in the lease renegotiations by Cushman & Wakefield
POLAND Hikoki (formerly known as Hitachi) has extended its 2,300 sqm warehouse and office lease at the Ursus Logistics Center.

The tenant was represented in the lease renegotiations by Cushman & Wakefield.

The Ursus Logistics Center is a class A warehouse and office park with 11,500 sqm gla. It has easy access to Warsaw’s city centre as well as the A2 motorway (Warsaw – Poznań). The centre is owned by Orpol Group Sp. z o.o.

“I would like to thank Hikoki for their trust and for appointing Cushman & Wakefield to renegotiate their lease. Through collaborating with the centre’s owner we have created the right solution for our client’s needs and met the demands of both parties to the agreement,” said Urszula Duval Rasmussen, a senior negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield.
