POLAND A retail park has been opened at the junction of ul. Głogowska and ul. Ogrodowa in Polkowice.

The new building has 5,500 sqm and it is fully leased to tenants that include RTV Euro AGD, Rossmann, Empik, Dealz, Pepco, Takko Fashion, Diverse, Big Star, Euronet, Żabka and CCC. LPP will also open a Sinsay store over the next few weeks. Other stores and service outlets in the immediate vicinity include McDonald's, Biedronka and Netto. The car park has spaces for 170 vehicles. The investor of the building is MGC Inwest a company that is majority owned by Dariusz Miłek, who also owns the CCC chain. The general contractor was Budrem, while Mallson Polska was responsible for the concept and the centre’s commercialisation.
