The building was delivered to the market in Q2 2017
POLAND French regulated fund Corum XL, managed by Corum Asset Management, has acquired the F2 Boutique Office development in Warsaw from Arkady Sobieskiego.
The building was delivered to the market in Q2 2017 and comprises about 7,900 sqm of class ‘A’ space. The anchor tenants include Mediacap and Billennium and the building has a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of around seven years. The price came to around EUR 20 mln. Corum Asset Management was advised in the transaction by Burlington Real Estate, BakerMcKenzie, Krzyżowski i Wspolnicy and Gleeds Polska.
