The largest tenant of Krokus mall is Auchan
POLAND NEPI Rockcastle has walked away from the purchase of the Krokus and Serenada malls in Kraków, with some of the conditions to the sale having not been fulfilled before the deadline.
According to the company the reasons for the termination of the transaction were not solely due to the decision by the Polish competition authorities [UOKiK] to further examine the deal as the company had also not received a waiver to the right of first purchase granted to a tenant of Krokus mall.

The largest tenant of Krokus mall is Auchan.

Mayland was to recieve up to EUR 469.3 mln
for the two centres and the project to combine them, but was also to remain the centre manager.

Both Mayland and NEPI Rockcastle refused to comment on the failed transaction.
